Know what each invited email opened.

Share investor and diligence material in a private room. Entry needs a one-time code sent to the address you invited, so a forwarded link opens nothing on its own, and every document that address opens is on the record. Revoke it and the room closes behind it at their next request.

What the record cannot show you is a code passed on. It names the address that entered, not the person holding the screen.
